The five leaves in the logo symbolize the five pan-European CoVE ecosystems in five different industrial sectors, represented by five universities: Denmark: VIA University College, Spain: Fundacio Privada Elisava Escola Universitaria, Romania: Universitatea Technica Gheorge Asachi, Netherlands: Stiching Saxion and Belgium: Odyssey. All represent individual climate improvement efforts.
