Trade mark registration
After investing in the graphical design of a new logo, it should also be registered as a trade mark. It is important to protect as much as possible of your brand. Business ideas, designs and names are now being copied more than ever before. Trade mark registration is therefore more important than ever. It is also the easiest type of protection – and not particularly expensive.
The visible evidence that your logo/name is protected by the Danish Patent and Trademark Office is the small ®. This means protection of your trade mark for at least three categories in which the trade mark has been registered. Apart from this protective effect, the small ® is also a signal to the world of seriousness and professionalism.
